Who do the emails come from?
From your own sending domain, registered for your business with five mailboxes (for example, yourcompany-mail.com). It is kept separate from your main email domain, so your everyday email is protected. Replies come straight back into your dashboard. The domain costs $39 a month.
Is this spam?
No. We contact businesses, not consumers, with short personal emails relevant to their role. Every email includes a way to opt out, opt-outs are honoured straight away, and we check every campaign before it starts. You can also block your existing customers and competitors.
What counts as a hot lead?
Someone who replies with real interest: asking for pricing, samples, a call, a proposal or more details. "Not interested" and out-of-office replies are not hot leads.
How quickly can we start?
After a short call and your first top-up, we register your sending domain and build your targeting. New domains need about two weeks of gradual warm-up so your emails land in inboxes rather than spam, so first emails from your domain go out about two weeks after you sign up.
Which countries can you reach?
Most countries where businesses use email, including India, the Middle East, Europe and North America. Emails can be written in the language your buyers use.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Sending pauses automatically, so you are never charged more than you've paid. Top up and your campaigns restart on their own. We warn you when about three days of balance are left.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. There is no contract. Ask us to pause or stop any campaign, and you can request a refund of your unused balance as described in our refund policy.

From business data providers and public business sources, limited to professional details such as name, job title, company and work email. See our privacy policy.
